Eksperienca ka treguar shkall\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme suksesi dhe s\u00eb fundmi efektet biologjike t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb miratuara n\u00eb Gjermani, jan\u00eb pozitive. \nQ\u00ebllimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb si me antibiotik\u00ebt: p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i gjendjes sh\u00ebndetsore dhe performanc\u00ebs s\u00eb kafsh\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"blue_marker_list\">\n<h4 style=\"padding-top: 20px;\">\u00c7far\u00eb jan\u00eb probiotik\u00ebt?<\/h4>\n\n<p align=\"justify\">Probiotik\u00ebt jan\u00eb preparate bakteriale ose maja, q\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren n\u00eb ushqimin e kafsh\u00ebve si aditiv\u00eb n\u00eb vend t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb performanc\u00ebs ose s\u00ebbashku me to.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Aktualisht, n\u00eb Gjermani p\u00ebrdoren: <\/p>\n\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square; \n\tpadding-left: 1em;\">\n<li>Shtami M 74 nga Enterococcus faecium<\/li>\n<li>Shtami SF 68 nga Enterococcus faecium<\/li>\n<li>Bacillus toyoi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p align=\"justify\">Dy preparatet e para jan\u00eb baktere t\u00eb acidit laktik, preparati i tret\u00eb p\u00ebrmban si p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebs aktiv spore t\u00eb Bacillus toyoi.  <\/p>\n\n<p align=\"justify\">Termi probiotik p\u00ebrdoret m\u00eb shpesh, pasi p\u00ebrshkruan m\u00eb s\u00eb miri aspektin e ruajtjes s\u00eb sh\u00ebndetit t\u00eb organizmit (probios = p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn). Emra t\u00eb tjer\u00eb jan\u00eb: bioregullator\u00eb, biostabilizues dhe stabilizues t\u00eb flor\u00ebs s\u00eb zorr\u00ebve. Ligji gjerman i ushqimit i konsideron aditiv\u00eb mikrobik\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb stabilizuar flor\u00ebn e zorr\u00ebve.<\/p>\n\n<h4 style=\"padding-top: 20px;\">Efektet e probiotik\u00ebve<\/h4>\n<p align=\"justify\">Prof. Dr. Gedek, nj\u00eb mikrobiologe me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb e Universitetit t\u00eb Mynihut, \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb intensivisht me p\u00ebrdorimin, efektin dhe vler\u00ebsimin e probiotik\u00ebve. Ajo zbuloi se shqet\u00ebsimet n\u00eb traktin tret\u00ebs t\u00eb kafsh\u00ebve shoq\u00ebrohen gjithmon\u00eb me ndryshime n\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebrjen e flor\u00ebs s\u00eb zorr\u00ebve, t\u00eb cilat si pasoj\u00eb mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb ndikim n\u00eb performanc\u00ebn e tyre. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">N\u00eb gjendje normale, flora bakteriale e zorr\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje ekuilibri, e cila quhet eubiosis. P\u00ebr kafsh\u00ebn, kjo gjendje n\u00ebnkupton stres m\u00eb t\u00eb pak\u00ebt n\u00eb bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebn me mikroorganizmat n\u00eb traktin tret\u00ebs. Flora kryesore p\u00ebrb\u00ebn m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 90% t\u00eb flor\u00ebs totale dhe n\u00eb thelb p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga bakteret e acidit laktik dhe bakteret bacile. Flora shoq\u00ebruese, m\u00eb pak se 1% p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet kryesisht nga m.o enterokokesh dhe coli. Pjesa tjet\u00ebr e flor\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe m\u00eb e dob\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u00c7do ndryshim n\u00eb ekuilib\u00ebr n\u00eb flor\u00ebn e mbetur dhe\/ose shoq\u00ebruese n\u00ebnkupton nj\u00eb rritje t\u00eb stresit, zhvillim m\u00eb t\u00eb ngadalt\u00eb, konvertim m\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebt t\u00eb ushqimit dhe performanc\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt. Ndryshimet e forta n\u00eb flor\u00ebn e zorr\u00ebve \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb diarre dhe rritje t\u00eb ngordhshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb kafsh\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Kafsh\u00ebt e reja kan\u00eb nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb relativisht t\u00eb paq\u00ebndrueshme t\u00eb flor\u00ebs s\u00eb zorr\u00ebve. Gjat\u00eb faz\u00ebs s\u00eb ushqyerjes me gji dhe rritjes, edhe streset e vogla si p.sh. ndryshimi i ushqimit, l\u00ebvizja e stall\u00ebs, klima jooptimale, kushtet e stall\u00ebs ose p\u00ebrdorimi i antibiotik\u00ebve mund t\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7ekuilib\u00ebr n\u00eb flor\u00ebn e zorr\u00ebve. Si rezultat p\u00ebrqindja e flor\u00ebs shoq\u00ebruese rritet (ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht nj\u00eb rritje e ndjeshme e koliformeve t\u00eb pad\u00ebshiruara), k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb situata kritike arrihet shum\u00eb shpejt.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">P\u00ebrdorimi i probiotik\u00ebve te kafsh\u00ebt e reja b\u00ebn t\u00eb mundur eliminimin e mikrobeve patogjene (bakteret coli) n\u00eb traktin e zorr\u00ebve. Sipas studimeve t\u00eb deritanishme, kjo arrihet n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet vendosjes s\u00eb probiotik\u00ebve n\u00eb murret e zorr\u00ebve, shumimit t\u00eb tyre dhe formimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb biofilmi mbrojt\u00ebs. Konsumi i ushqimit n\u00eb grupin e testit ishte m\u00eb i lart\u00eb se ai i grupit t\u00eb kontrollit dhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb performanc\u00ebs m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb rritjes, \u00e7oi n\u00eb nj\u00eb ep\u00ebrsi n\u00eb konvertimin e ushqimit prej 8.5%. Gicat ishin t\u00eb infektuar me E. coli. Ato kafsh\u00eb q\u00eb mor\u00ebn edhe probiotikun Toyocerin kishin simptoma m\u00eb t\u00eb lehta diarreje.<\/p>\n\n\n<p align=\"justify\">Nj\u00eb rezultat nga praktika tregon reduktim drastik t\u00eb ngordhjeve t\u00eb kafsh\u00ebve, kur produkti special i Schaumann, Schauma-Ferm, u p\u00ebrdor menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas lindjes (shih Fig. 1).
