Aditiv\u00ebt ushqimor\u00eb si SchaumaCid dhe Bonvital rekomandohen ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb laktacionit p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur sh\u00ebndetin e zorr\u00ebve dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb optimizuar marrjen e ushqimit.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">P\u00ebrve\u00e7 aditiv\u00ebve, finesa e bluarjes s\u00eb ushqimit luan nj\u00eb rol ky\u00e7 n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin e zorr\u00ebve. Nj\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje e lart\u00eb e grimcave t\u00eb im\u00ebta (<1 mm) mund t\u00eb zvog\u00ebloj\u00eb marrjen e ushqimit dhe t\u00eb rris\u00eb rrezikun e ul\u00e7erave t\u00eb stomakut, lezioneve gastrike dhe nj\u00eb numri m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb baktereve E. coli. Prandaj, nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarje e caktuar e madh\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb grimcave \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr ushqimin e dosave t\u00eb bazuara n\u00eb performanc\u00eb: \u00b7 M\u00eb pak se 1 mm: 25% \u00b7 1.0-2.0 mm: 50% \u00b7 M\u00eb shum\u00eb se 2.0 mm: 25% \u00b7 Pjesa \"m\u00eb e madhe se 3 mm\" nuk duhet t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb 3%.<\/p>\n\n<h4 style=\"padding-top: 20px;\">Menaxhimi i higjien\u00ebs s\u00eb ushqimit<\/h4>\n\n<p align=\"justify\">P\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur sh\u00ebndetin e dosave, \u00ebsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore t\u00eb menaxhoni si\u00e7 duhet higjien\u00ebn e ushqimit. Ushqimi duhet t\u00eb konsumohet brenda 2-3 or\u00ebve pas shp\u00ebrndarjes, dhe \u00e7do ushqim i mbetur duhet t\u00eb hiqet p\u00ebrpara ushqyerjes s\u00eb ardhshme.
