P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, veterineri i ferm\u00ebs urdh\u00ebroi nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb PCR p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbuluar agjent\u00ebt viral\u00eb.\nAnaliza PCR konfirmoi pranin\u00eb e Rotavirusit t\u00eb tipit A. Paralelisht, u gjet\u00ebn edhe Clostridia t\u00eb tipit A. Meqen\u00ebse nuk ekziston nj\u00eb vaksin\u00eb komerciale kund\u00ebr rotavirusit n\u00eb sektorin e derrave, u p\u00ebrdor nj\u00eb vaksin\u00eb e ri-q\u00eblluar p\u00ebr gjedh\u00eb. Kjo vaksin\u00eb ka treguar efikasitet t\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00eb ferma derri p\u00ebr rastet e diarres\u00eb te gicat n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e pirjes. Edhe n\u00eb rastin konkret, vaksina e ri-q\u00eblluar \u00e7oi n\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim t\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm t\u00eb problematik\u00ebs s\u00eb rotavirusit.\nMegjithat\u00eb, veterineri dhe menaxheri i ferm\u00ebs d\u00ebshironin t\u00eb adresonin nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht edhe diarren\u00eb e gicave t\u00eb shkaktuar nga Clostridia. Por, nj\u00eb vaksin\u00eb e kombinuar kund\u00ebr t\u00eb dy agjent\u00ebve patogjen\u00eb t\u00eb diarres\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e disponueshme n\u00eb treg.\n<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-top: 20px;\">Vaksina e p\u00ebrshtatur p\u00ebr ferm\u00ebn<\/h4>\n<p align=\"justify\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0;\">N\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me veterinerin e ferm\u00ebs, u zhvillua nj\u00eb vaksin\u00eb specifike p\u00ebr ferm\u00ebn, e cila vepron si kund\u00ebr rotaviruseve ashtu edhe kund\u00ebr klostridieve t\u00eb pranishme n\u00eb ferm\u00eb. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim, rotaviruset dhe klostridiet e zbuluara n\u00eb ferm\u00eb u izoluan n\u00eb nj\u00eb laborator, u shumuan dhe u bashkuan n\u00eb nj\u00eb vaksin\u00eb t\u00eb kombinuar.\nSkema e vaksinimit \u00ebsht\u00eb e planifikuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb q\u00eb derrat m\u00ebm\u00eb t\u00eb vaksinohen n\u00eb grupe, si pjes\u00eb e imunizimit baz\u00eb, gjasht\u00eb dhe tre jav\u00eb para pjelljes. Kafsh\u00ebt m\u00ebm\u00eb m\u00eb pas prodhojn\u00eb antitrupa kund\u00ebr t\u00eb dy agjent\u00ebve shkaktar\u00eb t\u00eb diarres\u00eb dhe i transmetojn\u00eb ato te gicat n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e pirjes p\u00ebrmes qum\u00ebshtit t\u00eb par\u00eb (kolostrum). K\u00ebshtu, gicat jan\u00eb t\u00eb mbrojtur gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb pirjes.\nVaksina e kombinuar specifike p\u00ebr ferm\u00ebn tregoi nj\u00eb efekt t\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr. K\u00ebshtu, problemet me diarren\u00eb nuk u shfaq\u00ebn m\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb grupin e par\u00eb t\u00eb pjelljeve t\u00eb vaksinuara.
